Highly recommend.
Rang on Friday and attended Monday to fix oven. Service was sleek and professional from the first call till job done.
Paul was a top guy, very knowledgeable , helpful and a great chat. Talked me through what he was doing and made sure everything was done to a high standard.
Extremely efficient payment system at the end and wouldn’t think twice in using them again.
Cheers guys.

First class service. Cooker hood now working. Delighted.
Received a call today regarding my washing machine, the manufacturer had arranged for someone from highland appliances to send an engineer. Unfortunately the woman on the phone ‘Linda’ decided that she was an engineer and tried to tell me that my machine had the child lock on, she didn’t know what machine I had but seemed to be full of knowledge!!! She was extremely rude, blunt and didn’t seem helpful in the SLIGHTEST. After a call with the manufacturer who guided me through the issue, there is no child lock on this model and the warning abbreviation did not stand for CHILD LOCK ON. Maybe Linda should stick to answering the phone and stop advising customers about their washing machine problems, also keep your attitude in check when talking to customers. Absolutely terrible experience from this company when the receptionist is a know it all.
Excellent service from Paul who sorted out our dishwasher- thank you! Carolann was friendly and approachable on the phone and coordinated everything great! Many thanks
Paul was mega from start to finish!! Chatty, switched on, knew the fault right away - but still went round everything prior to changing the parts. Very professional, 10/10!
Brilliant service from Paul, helpful advice, friendly manner and our dryer is fixed.
Excellent and friendly service Chris explained all details of the new washing machine and no problem taking the old washing machine away as always super service.
Grill element blew & Highland Appliances were contracted to replace it. Paul the engineer was not only incredibly efficient & informative on the job but his customer interaction was spot on.
Highly recommend this company & wholeheartedly recommend if every engineer is as efficient & courteous as Paul. Bravo!! 👌

Excellent service from Chris who replaced a circuit board on a combination oven for us.
He is a credit to your company.
